We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
2. Delivering Locations
- Shipping: We ship to 50 states in the US with a discount shipping rate.
- Local Delivery: We currently deliver only to Hamilton, Clermont, Butler & Warren county in Ohio. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Same/Next Day (Blue Ash): [1-2] business days for Blue Ash, Ohio and 3 miles radius.
- Same/Next Day (Outside Blue Ash): [1-2] business days for outside Blue Ash, Ohio but limited to counties mentioned in the delivering locations.
- Standard Weekend Delivery: Delivered during the following Weekend.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order is processed, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
5. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery method. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email or notification when the order is out of delivery.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver only to Hamilton, Clermont, Butler & Warren county in Ohio. No shipping planned out of these counties for now.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage.
